Senior Project Engineer

to join its versatile team in Riyadh. This position requires an enthusiastic individual capable of managing multiple projects and possessing extensive experience in formwork design.

Responsibilities

Accountable for managing multiple projects and engineering teams, including Junior PT and PT.

Provide strong leadership and actively promote knowledge sharing, engineering training and development for the project team.

Analyse structural drawings given by clients.

Implement formwork solutions as per project requirements.

Create formwork designs for customer presentations.

Propose the most economical and technically superior solutions.

Conduct basic static calculations and advanced structural analysis.

Produce material lists, offers and shop drawings.

Assist Sales Engineers with site visits and client presentations.

Coordinate the timely delivery of shop drawings as per instructions.

Coordinate with clients for technical issues.

Coordinate with other involved departments (Operations, Site Supervisors, Project Coordinator).

Consider availability of material in the design stage.

Communicate with Sales Department in the absence of the Head of Engineering.

Support the formwork instructor and coordinate with the site team.

Qualifications

Technical or Civil Engineering qualification.

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D / 3D and Revit.

Reference experience in highrise and infrastructure sectors.

Knowledge of different scaffolding ring lock applications.

At least 12 years of intensive experience in formwork engineering (and statics).

Solid communication skills in English.

Team player with attention to detail and an economic mindset.

Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage a project and its internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to make decisions, take responsibility, delegate, and deliver presentations.

Eager to learn and improve knowledge and skills.

Show adaptability, openness to change and ability to manage it.

Thorough understanding of our business model and cross‑functional collaboration.

Understanding of logistics and contract management.
