Overview

يعتبر أخصائي التدريب دورًا محوريًا في تعزيز مهارات ومعرفة الموظفين داخل المؤسسة. تتضمن هذه الوظيفة تصميم وتنفيذ وتقييم برامج التدريب التي تتماشى مع أهداف الشركة. يتعاون أخصائي التدريب مع مختلف الأقسام لتحديد احتياجات التدريب وتطوير حلول تدريبية مخصصة لتعزيز نمو الموظفين وتحسين الأداء العام.

المسؤوليات

  • إجراء تقييمات شاملة لاحتياجات التدريب لتحديد الفجوات في المهارات داخل المؤسسة.
  • تصميم وتطوير مواد وبرامج تدريبية جذابة تلبي أنماط التعلم المتنوعة.
  • تيسير جلسات التدريب وورش العمل والندوات لتعزيز مهارات ومعرفة الموظفين.
  • تقييم فعالية برامج التدريب من خلال التغذية الراجعة والتقييمات، وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة للتحسين.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للأنشطة التدريبية وتقدم الموظفين.
  • التعاون مع رؤساء الأقسام لضمان تلبية برامج التدريب للاحتياجات المحددة لكل قسم.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات وأفضل الممارسات في مجال التدريب والتطوير.
  • تقديم الدعم والإرشاد للموظفين بعد التدريب لتعزيز التعلم.
  • المساعدة في تطوير برنامج شامل للاندماج للموظفين الجدد.
  • تعزيز ثقافة التعلم المستمر والتطوير المهني داخل المؤسسة.

  • مهارات تواصل وتفاعل قوية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في التدريب والتطوير.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فرق متنوعة.
  • مهارات حل المشكلات الإبداعية.
  • قدرات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت قوية.
  • إجادة استخدام تقنيات ومنصات التدريب المختلفة.
  • القدرة على التكيف مع احتياجات التدريب المتغيرة والبيئات.
  • شغف بتطوير الموظفين والتحسين المستمر.
  • خبرة في إجراء جلسات تدريب افتراضية.
  • معرفة بمبادئ التعلم لدى البالغين وتصميم المناهج.

  • مهارات تقديم وتيسير ممتازة.
  • إجادة مجموعة Microsoft Office وأنظمة إدارة التعلم (LMS).
  • مهارات تحليل وتقييم قوية.
  • القدرة على إنشاء محتوى تدريبي جذاب وتفاعلي.
  • معرفة بأنظمة إدارة الأداء.
  • إلمام بأدوات وبرامج التعلم الإلكتروني.
  • قدرات فعالة في الإرشاد والتوجيه.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والجودة.
