Program Manager - Investment Accelerators

Description : gener8tor, a globally recognized startup accelerator, is seeking a Program Manager to lead our gener8tor Saudi Arabia Accelerator in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The gener8tor Saudi Arabia Accelerator supports high-growth startups across all industries and business models. We invest in six startups per cohort and provide up to $200K in funding and 12 weeks of mentorship-driven programming. This position will manage the day-to-day operations across Investment Accelerator markets. This includes recruiting and interviewing startups, organizing program kickoff events, coordinating weekly program events such as startup meetings, cohort community-building events, mentor networking events and organizing demo day events.

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary : $60,000-$70,000

As a member of the gener8tor team, you'll be an essential part of our international platform, connecting startup founders, investors, universities, and corporations. Your work will directly impact the regional and global startup ecosystem by supporting diverse founders building innovative businesses with scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

In partnership with the Managing Director, coordinate logistics of gener8tor accelerator programs including recruitment, company selection and cohort programming.
Actively participate in all aspects of the gener8tor accelerator programs including weekly team meetings.
Be the #1 cheerleader for the gener8tor accelerator cohorts.
Continuously support gener8tor accelerator alumni.
Obsessively seek to improve program processes and grow the network of mentors, potential customers and investors.
Actively participate in the startup ecosystem by attending events and building relationships.
Support your gener8tor teammates across multiple programs, including gBETA, Skills, etc.

Requirements

Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter.

Total devotion to learning more about startup ecosystems across the US.

Collaborative, team-based mindset. You will be working closely with Managing Directors, founders and our partners.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment and juggle multiple ongoing projects, responsibilities and external relationships.

Interest in learning about various startup ecosystems, program partners and working styles and ability to flexibly shift between markets.

Willingness to intensively and rapidly dive deeper into the startup and venture capital communities even if already familiar.

Flexibility to travel up to 25%, work some nights and weekends.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A "no job is beneath me" mentality.
