Digital Marketing & Campaigns Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, email, and other relevant channels.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, improve click-through rates, and achieve lead generation / conversion goals.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including content briefs, creatives, targeting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop engaging campaign assets.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
• Conduct A / B testing to improve campaign performance and user engagement.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas into campaigns.
• Support SEO, website optimization, and CRM / marketing automation initiatives as required.
