Media Strategy Implementation : Develop and execute media strategies to achieve company goals and enhance media presence. Media Relations Management : Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and ensure effective communication. Press Materials Creation : Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, and other materials to promote the company's message. Media Coverage Monitoring : Monitor and analyze media coverage to assess the impact of PR efforts and provide insights. Campaign Performance Evaluation : Evaluate the effectiveness of media campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement. Other Responsibilities
Crisis Communications Support : Assist in managing communications during crises to protect the company's reputation. Event Coordination : Help plan and coordinate media events, press conferences, and interviews. Collaboration with Other Departments : Work with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy. Training and Mentoring : Provide guidance and training to junior team members and interns. Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records and reports on media relations activities and campaign results. Skills & Knowledge
Strong Media Relations Skills : Ability to build and sustain relationships with media contacts and stakeholders. Years of Experience : 5 years. Industry Niche : Media Relations, Public Relations, Strategic Communications, Brand Management, Media Planning and Buying. Education : Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
