IT Administrator

IT Support monitors and maintains the company network and computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software and solves technical issues as they arise. Working hours can be general or shift work.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 (users, emails, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Apply and monitor Office 365 security (MFA, Defender, compliance).
• Set up and maintain network devices (switches, routers, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, VPNs).
• Manage FortiGate firewall – rules, VPNs, and internet security.
• Support and maintain IP phone systems (PBX / VoIP) .
• Monitor and manage CCTV systems and recordings.
• Install, update, and monitor antivirus and endpoint protection .
• Manage software licenses, subscriptions, and renewals .
• Perform regular system backups and updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT support requests for users.
• Selecting, purchasing, installing, and configuring computers, hardware software, printers and scanners
• Configuration and maintenance of Networks, Servers, and surveillance cameras
• Management of data backups
• Management of external service providers (domain / emails / website hosts)
• Technical support and training for internal users
• Management of firewalls and overall system / data security
• Follow-up of new technologies
