Senior Director Of Design

The Senior Director of Design will oversee and drive the design vision, strategy, and execution across various projects. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Saudi Arabia and requires a leader with a fine balance of creative and strategic thinking. Key responsibilities include leading design teams, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders, developing innovative design solutions, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Creative and Strategic Design, including innovative problem solving, UX / UI design, and brand strategy development.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Deep understanding of real estate and property development trends, with experience designing for high‑caliber clients and international markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with industry‑standard design tools and software, as well as knowledge of emerging design technologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
