Case Research Specialist

Responsibilities

Analyze and determine the nature of the submitted cases, clarify the legal aspects and make the necessary recommendations.

Analyze the subject of the submitted complaint, collect its data, make the necessary recommendations and submit them to the concerned authorities.

Proposing future policies for work from a legal point of view and preparing draft laws, regulations and instructions.

Organizing agreements and contracts, analyzing them, and making recommendations related to their compatibility or violation.

Prepare documents and reports related to the search of cases and save them in their database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Law.

2 years experience in Law & Regulations.
