Manager, Electrical Construction

Overview

Job Purpose To lead the delivery of Electrical construction works across AICC projects by bringing together manpower, executing plans, and applying Electrical / technical expertise. This role ensures electrical systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to high standards—while keeping projects on track, supporting the electrical team, and aligning with the company’s goals. Principal Accountabilities

Policies, Processes & Procedures Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment. Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets. Electrical Construction Management & Execution Break down the electrical construction scope into detailed activities and work packages to ensure clarity, delegation, and effective task execution. Collaborate with the Infrastructure & Building Director and relevant departments to align electrical execution strategies with project objectives and timelines. Participate in the development of annual and quarterly plans and budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and resource planning for electrical works. Oversee manpower, tools, and equipment for electrical construction through effective allocation, mobilization, and utilization to maximize efficiency. Monitor electrical subcontractor performance, certify invoices, and ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and contractual commitments. Review and coordinate electrical drawings, designs, and quantity take-offs with the Technical Department to confirm technical accuracy and constructability. Review and approve or reject vendor and subcontractor invoices to maintain financial accuracy and alignment with project budgets. Team Leadership & Operational Alignment Evaluate the performance of the electrical construction team and provide targeted feedback to drive improvement and accountability. Support the professional development of team members to build a skilled, engaged, and high-performing electrical workforce. Align team activities with project milestones and organizational goals to ensure cohesive and efficient execution. Miscellaneous Duties Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Category Electrical Engineering Other Requirements PMP Certificate Years of Experience 9-10 Years of experience in Mega Projects / Electrical construction projects
