The Senior Analyst – Commercial & Reporting supports the financial and commercial management of major construction and infrastructure projects by administering accurate, timely, and standardized reporting. This role is responsible for compiling financial data, conducting variance analysis, and supporting cost control and forecasting activities under the guidance of the Associate Director – Commercial & Reporting.

- Supports commercial and financial management and reporting, collaborating closely with managers to define objectives, track progress, and achieve targeted business outcomes.
- Identifies trends and risks related to cash flow forecasting against cash expenditure targets.
- Coordinates closely with the Project Controls function to implement effective reporting systems for budget, cost, reporting, risk, and change management.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives through recommendations, updates, and enhancements to team activities, policies, and procedures.
- Administers budgeting and forecasting processes and monthly reporting of the project’s financial performance.
- Supports the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and constraints.
- Supports the commercial team in contract administration, including tracking financial obligations and milestones.
- Assists with the implementation of policies, software, and processes.
- Conducts detailed cost analysis and financial forecasting to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Administers consistent and standardized reporting practices and systems; maintains and updates financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Prepares and administers comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis, for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborates with project managers and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Administers and maintains financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supports the development and enhancement of reporting tools and systems to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
- Ensures effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintains organized records and documentation to support audits and internal reviews.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Professional Certifications (if required)
Progress toward CPA, CFA, or equivalent is an advantage but not essential.Years of Experience
2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or commercial support, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.Commercial construction delivery experience – ideally within a Contractor environment – with experience administering budgets and cost reporting.Major program experience working as part of a team, managing multiple projects, conflicting priorities, and stakeholders.Demonstrated evidence of developing and administering reporting tools and reporting systems.Previous KSA / Middle East experience preferred, particularly in reporting for major projects in highly regulated, complex, and matrixed environments.Experience supporting budgeting and cost management, cash flow forecasting, and reporting activities.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – able to articulate ideas and project performance to a wide range of audiences, including senior management.In-depth knowledge of enterprise-level management software such as PRISM, SAP, or similar systems.Ability to work independently, set clear goals, motivate teammates, and deliver results effectively.
