The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with established reporting standards and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly journal entries to ensure timely month-end closings.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records.
- Review payment documents, including final settlements and employee advances, to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Verify and review monthly payroll for accuracy, resolving any errors.
- Reconcile payroll expenses and maintain proper records.
- Assist in preparing budgets and support financial reviews.
- Collaborate with the finance team and liaise with external auditors as required.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll processing, and financial reporting.Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
