Position Summary The
Head of Business Unit
will be responsible for
leading and managing all departments and operational projects
across
IT Infrastructure, Software Solutions, ERP Systems, and Cybersecurity Consultation
within Leader Group. The senior leadership role will drive
strategy, business performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence , ensuring that all projects and teams deliver measurable results in line with the company’s objectives.
The ideal candidate will have
extensive experience in system integrator operations , a
strong understanding of the Saudi market , and demonstrate
strategic leadership, excellent communication skills, and customer orientation .
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic & Business Leadership Develop and implement the
business unit strategy
in alignment with the company’s overall vision and goals.
Manage and oversee
multi-disciplinary departments
including IT Infrastructure, ERP, Software Development, and Cybersecurity.
Drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and overall business growth.
Establish and monitor
KPIs, P&L performance , and ensure the business unit achieves profitability and service excellence.
Identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s presence in the Saudi market.
2. Operations & Project Management Oversee the execution of all technical and consulting projects across multiple domains.
Ensure
projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards .
Implement best practices in project management, resource allocation, and operational planning.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between departments to achieve delivery excellence.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the
primary point of contact
for key enterprise and government clients.
Maintain and strengthen long‑term client relationships through a
customer‑first mindset .
Build strong relationships with leading
technology vendors and partners
(e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Dell, etc.).
Represent the business unit in high‑level meetings and strategic discussions.
Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of department heads, project managers, and specialists.
Foster a high‑performance, accountable, and collaborative work culture.
Ensure continuous staff development through coaching and technical training initiatives.
5. Governance & Risk Management Oversee compliance with company policies, security standards, and Saudi market regulations.
Manage business risks proactively and ensure operational resilience.
Contribute to the organization’s digital transformation roadmap and innovation strategy.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
MBA preferred .
15–20 years of experience
in
IT system integration, digital transformation, or technology services ,
10+ years in a senior leadership role .
Proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market
is
mandatory .
Strong background in
IT Infrastructure, ERP, Software Solutions, and Cybersecurity .
Demonstrated success in managing
P&L, strategy, and business operations .
Fluent in
English ; Arabic is an advantage.
Exceptional
leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.
Strong
strategic planning, analytical, and decision‑making
abilities.
Customer‑focused mindset with strong relationship management capabilities.
Deep understanding of
system integrator business models, vendor ecosystems, and project delivery frameworks .
