Waiter

To prepare for service as directed by the Head Chef / Supervisor. Setting tables with table linens, crockery, cutlery, and glassware, to serve food and beverages as part of home delivery service, ensuring a high standard of service and maintaining the restaurant in clean and hygienic conditions at all times. To work in all areas of the catering department undertaking various tasks as required, including general cleaning, stock management, movement of equipment, and waste disposal.

• Prepare necessary beverages for guests.
• Wrap utensil packs according to orders.
• Place and serve food for clients.
• Transport and deliver meals from the kitchen to the service line.
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all food service areas, crockery, cutlery, bain-maries, trolleys, shelves, refrigerators, and hot cabinets, as well as sweeping and mopping all floors in the restaurant area.
• Perform any other job-related duties assigned by management that are not specifically mentioned in this description. Primary Location
