To prepare for service as directed by the Head Chef / Supervisor. Setting tables with table linens, crockery, cutlery, and glassware, to serve food and beverages as part of home delivery service, ensuring a high standard of service and maintaining the restaurant in clean and hygienic conditions at all times. To work in all areas of the catering department undertaking various tasks as required, including general cleaning, stock management, movement of equipment, and waste disposal.
