Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting introductory sessions.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events aimed at fostering team cohesion.
- Help in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with data entry and maintain the HR database for accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to various HR projects and assist HR Business Partners as needed.
Qualifications
