Al-Jubail Petrochemical Company (Kemya), a SABIC and ExxonMobil joint venture, is located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Established in 1980 and commencing production in 1984, Kemya is one of the initial polyethylene producers in Saudi Arabia. The site produces approximately 960,000 tons per year of ethylene and propylene, and over 1.3 million tons per year of low-density and linear low-density polyethylene. Kemya's elastomers facility, integrated with Al-Jubail complex, produces various rubber products such as halobutyl rubber and thermoplastic elastomers, contributing to the local rubber industry's growth and diversification of the national economy.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Packaging Machine Operator, located in Jubail. The Packaging Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machines, ensuring quality control of packaged products, using hand tools for adjustments and repairs, and effectively communicating with team members and supervisors. Daily tasks include setting up machines for production runs, monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in Machine Operation and Machinery maintenance
• Skills in Quality Control to ensure product standards
• Proficiency with Hand Tools for repairs and adjustments
• Strong Communication skills for effective team interaction
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
