Commercial Manager - MEP

Overview

Summary : We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Manager with expertise in MEP contracting to oversee all commercial aspects of our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, preparing bids and contracts, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability
• Prepare and review project budgets and costs to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
• Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
• Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to forecast project financials and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Monitor and control project expenses to align with budget constraints
• Manage all commercial aspects of project variations and change orders
• Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management
