Introduction : As a Workflow & Data Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of FlyFlat’s Concierge operations. This role focuses on ensuring that workflows, data tracking, and client information remain consistent across Asana, the Concierge Portal, and related systems. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals early in their careers, this role offers an opportunity to grow into strategic operations or systems-focused positions over time.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Monitoring

Track daily Asana usage across Concierge sub-teams (Concierge L1 / L2, Ticketing, Post-Booking).

Oversee client-related data entry, including preferences, payment stages, booking status, and internal notes.

Track updates across internal platforms used throughout the customer journey.

Maintain workflow integrity across all operational systems.
