Overseeing daily operations of the Technical Support Department. Executing management requests including device procurement, cybersecurity requirements, and preparing weekly achievement reports. Managing projects from Proof of Concept (POC) through initiation, including drafting RFPs (e.g., Nexthink, BlackBerry). Providing day-to-day end-user technical support and troubleshooting. Installing and maintaining printers, scanners, and barcode devices. Administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), including assigning extension numbers to employees. Creating users and groups, assigning permissions via Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory. Maintaining a comprehensive inventory of all IT assets within the facility. Conducting audits and follow-ups on employee accounts using AD audit tools such as ManageEngine AD Audit Plus. Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to system services and operating systems. Handling 24 / 7 critical system incidents, including escalation, notification, and cross-team coordination. Supporting and maintaining security solutions (Anti-virus, Cortex, Trend Micro) and performing security audits on servers and networks.
