Female Club Manager

Overview

To manage and oversee the daily operations of a women-only fitness club, ensuring a safe, empowering, and high-quality experience for female members by leading all departments (reception, fitness, sales, maintenance) and driving performance targets in a fitness and combat-sports-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise all daily club functions with excellence.
• Lead, schedule, and evaluate a team of female staff across all departments.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and secure environment for members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with department supervisors to resolve any operational issues.
• Monitor facility cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness.
• Submit performance and financial reports to the Cluster Manager.
• Support local marketing and member engagement initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with all club policies and internal standards.
• Represent the women's club professionally to external partners and vendors.
