Office Clerk (Africa) – Medina, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and its staff.
Responsibilities
- Preparing documents
- Maintaining records
- Managing databases
- Responding to customer queries
- Filing documents
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Providing clerical support to other departments within the office
- Managing incoming mail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently
Qualifications
At least two years of experience in an office environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent organizational skills, detail-orientedStrong verbal and written communication skillsFluency in English is not required, but the ability to communicate effectively is essentialEmployment Details
