Technical Design Manager

Overview

The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Technical / Design Manager with a strong architectural background to join our team for a prestigious project in Diriyah Gate. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of proven experience in leading design development, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence. Responsibilities

Provide leadership in design development from concept through to execution. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and quality standards. Lead design teams, manage interfaces with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with project goals and schedules. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum 15 years’ professional experience, with a strong portfolio of large-scale, high-end projects. Proven leadership in managing design teams from concept through to execution. Strong knowledge of design codes, construction standards, and technical documentation. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. About the company
