Sales Assistant, ENDO - KSA About the Role We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant, ENDO, to join our team in Saudi Arabia through the TAMHEER program. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to apply their academic background in a healthcare setting and support initiatives that improve patient care and access to medical solutions. Your Responsibilities Will Be : Checking all orders upon receipt from Accounts Verifying UPN / description, quantities / pack, and price Requesting IPAT from the sales team if needed Following up with Customer Service on order dispatch Monitoring shelf life information sent by Customer Service Coordinating with Operations on rejected deliveries for redelivery or rescheduling Managing back order reports to prioritize allocation Ensuring all back orders are completed and shipped Following up on FT blocks to ensure release Maintaining clear communication with Customer Service on order status What We’re Looking For : Eligible for TAMHEER : Registered in TAQAT Not currently registered in GOSI No prior TAMHEER participation Skills and Qualifications : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus Proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about patient care Ability to collaborate with stakeholders locally and internationally Hands-on, result-oriented mindset What We Offer : Structured training through the TAMHEER program Exposure to a leading healthcare company and collaborative culture Impactful healthcare projects Career development and hands-on clinical learning Requisition ID : As a leader in medical science for over 40 years, Boston Scientific is committed to solving key health challenges.
