eMagine is recruiting a Scrum Master for a leading, fast-growing Saudi technology company. If you’re passionate about agile delivery, team facilitation, and helping squads reach their full potential, this is your chance to make a real impact. About the Role

You’ll facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement for distributed engineering teams. As the company scales, you’ll relocate to Saudi Arabia and help foster a high-performance agile culture onsite. Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure agile best practices are followed, maintaining sprint velocity and project documentation. Support collaboration, communication, and productivity across distributed teams. Remove blockers and shield teams from external disruptions. What We’re Looking For

5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with strong experience in distributed teams. Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Scrum certification required (CSM, PSM); PMP or SAFe a plus. About the job
