Analyst, Vendor Management

Tamkeen Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst for our Vendor Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the evaluation and selection of vendors, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring that contracts meet organizational standards and objectives. The Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing vendor data, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and service improvements. You will collaborate with various internal teams to assess vendor capabilities and contribute to the continuous refinement of our vendor management strategies. Responsibilities

Assist in the selection and evaluation of vendors to identify strategic partnerships

Monitor vendor performance metrics and conduct regular assessments of service delivery

Analyze vendor contracts to ensure compliance with organizational standards

Prepare reports on vendor performance and provide actionable insights to management

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address vendor-related issues and opportunities for improvement

Support various vendor management initiatives aimed at optimizing costs and enhancing services

Maintain comprehensive records of vendor performance and engagement activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related analytical roles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects

Knowledge of vendor management principles and best practices is a plus
