We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to kickstart their journey in Human Resources. You’ll be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and helping build a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.)
- Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Collaborate with senior HR team members on recruitment strategies
