Senior Corporate Commercial Counsel, Energy Sector- Saudi Arabia

Jameson Legal is working with a significant entity based in Saudi Arabia. The companies well established legal organisation is on an exciting growth curve, and as the companies plans within the new energies space grows, the legal organisation is now looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join and lead the Renewable Energy team.

Renewable Energy is a new team within the organisation. It handles wind and solar energy as the company builds its renewables portfolio through investment in joint ventures and exploration.

The successful individual will have a minimum of ten years of experience, gained preferably from multinational corporations in-house departments or from a distinguished international law firm. Experience within the renewable energy space is vital.

As the single point of contact within the team, you will be comfortable handling a broad array of transactional matters.

Location: Saudi Arabia.

Remuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with experience + comprehensive benefits package.

While prior experience within Saudi Arabia or the broader Gulf region is not obligatory, it would be highly regarded.
