Team Manager- Engineering, Red Meat (ALMARAI Company, Saudi Arabia) Job Description / Responsibility To support and achieve optimum production performance vs budget within production activities by communicating relevant performance data to the management team as per set budget & production targets in conjunction with planning teams & production management. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Must have 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a large process industry. Experience of working with automated equipment and instrumentation, Conveying system, Control panel Ensure production maintenance operation is managed during his shift to meet the internal customer requirement ensuring adherence to the defined safety and quality standards. Ensure coordination on the execution of planned preventive maintenance task to ensure equipment operates as required. Ensure review of the equipment deficiencies and take corrective action. Ensure the identification and achievement of maintenance technician training and development to ensure required skills inventory is in place. Educational Requirements Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering Skills Required : Industrial Automation, PLC and Automation, Packing operations, Agro Farm Management, processed meat, beef fatering, Control Panel Design Experience Requirements At least 5 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) : Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Food (Packaged) / Beverage,Agro based firms (incl.
