What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for coordinating on and analysing all Operational flows & OMS development projects as well as all data requirements under the Ecommerce Operations Department on a brand & group level.

• Coordinating and assist in initiating omnichannel initiatives within the scope of the OMS.
• Managing development projects on the OMS; including but not limited to prioritization and standardization of such developments across brands.
• Auditing the standardization initiatives from the OMS and Data teams.
• Building project plans and task lists within the scope of the OMS.
• Cleaning of data and creation of dashboards as per the needs of the department.
• The analysis of ecommerce operations data and the flagging of any abnormalities.
• Drawing conclusions from ecommerce data to support the optimization and redesign of processes.
• Assist the OMS & Data Lead in managing projects within the scope of the OMS.
