Job Description :
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end implementation of SAP CTRM solutions, covering physical and financial trading, P&L analysis, mark-to-market evaluations, risk modeling, and hedging strategies.
- Configure, design, deploy, and optimize SAP Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE) to support complex pricing models, integrating real-time market data for dynamic pricing scenarios aligned with industry-specific requirements.
- Integrate SAP CTRM with third-party market data providers to enable real-time pricing updates and accurate analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, develop solution blueprints, and configure SAP systems accordingly.
- Ensure seamless integration between CTRM and core SAP modules (SD, MM, FI / CO, PP / PM, HR) to streamline trading, logistics, finance, and production processes.
- Provide expert-level support during SAP S / 4HANA upgrade and new initiatives.
- Develop and enhance custom interfaces, reports, and workflows using CDS views, OData services, and SAPUI5 to improve system usability and performance.
- Support integration of SAP systems with external platforms used in commodity trading and risk management.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to maintain system stability.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive functional documentation to support user adoption and system governance.
- Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management best practices in commodity trading environments.
- Partner with ABAP developers to define technical specifications for custom enhancements, interfaces, and integrations.
- Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate configurations, custom developments, and business processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for CTRM and CPE, providing strategic guidance during implementation and ongoing production support.
Requirements
SAP-certified professional with experience in SAP CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management) and Risk Management implementations, including hands‑on work with S / 4HANA.At least 3 years of experience in SAP Commodity Management (CM), Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE), Hedge Accounting, and related solutions.Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting SAP modules such as CM, CPE, ACM, GT), or TSW.Strong understanding of the SAP product suite, including system architecture, configuration, integration, and customization in commodity trading environments.Solid knowledge of both physical and financial commodity trading processes and lifecycle management.Familiarity with front, mid, and back‑office trading operations, including order management, risk evaluation, and settlement processes.Proven expertise in risk management functions, including mark‑to‑market reporting, value‑at‑risk modeling, and valuation methodologies.Ability to lead business requirements gathering sessions, prioritize user needs, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels.Committed to continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies and business requirements.Willingness and ability to work on‑site in Saudi Arabia as part of a full‑time contractor engagement.Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to provide accurate project estimates, define realistic timelines, and work with minimal supervision while mentoring and guiding junior team members.Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining trusted client relationships.Minimum of two (2) full lifecycle ETRM / CTRM implementation projects, including multi-module integrations across Finance (FI / CO), Sales (SD), Production (PP), Purchasing (MM), and Warehouse Management.Prior experience in transformational CTRM consulting or equivalent industry roles (e.g., Energy, Mining, Agriculture) with exposure to complex business process redesign and system modernization.Application Deadline : 30 -Nov-2025
