A prestigious international school in Saudi Arabia is seeking a qualified and experienced Male Head of English lead its English Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and visionary educator to play a key role in shaping the language learning experience across the school.

Position : Male Head of English

Location : Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the English Department, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.

Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with international standards.

Mentor, support, and evaluate English teachers to drive professional growth.

Monitor student progress and implement strategies to raise achievement.

Collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to school improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Recognized teaching qualification PGCE, teaching license).

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Experience with international curricula British, American, IB) is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
