What To Expect
Our Service Advisors coordinate a seamless service experience for our customers. They are our front line and brand ambassadors, supporting Tesla’s mission. We’ve created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help ensure an equally innovative service experience.
What You'll Do
- Communicate : Support and update customers through their entire service journey, from first contact to when they are reunited with their Tesla vehicle. Manage minor escalations, difficult conversations, liaise with relevant internal teams, and solve problems.
- Coordinate : Organize customer appointments both digitally and physically in the Service Center. Act as a coordination point between customers and the Service team to deliver excellence during every service visit. Ensure all health and safety regulations and procedures are adhered to.
- Collaborate : Partner across teams and departments to ensure consistency in our customer experience, meet and exceed KPIs, and help your team.
- Innovate : Continuously create, identify, and implement improvements to the customer experience.
