Job Summary :

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design efforts of our products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet client needs. Responsibilities include guiding the design process from concept to launch, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design efforts ensuring they meet client and user needs Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, define user flows, and create wireframes and prototypes Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior and needs Create engaging, intuitive visual designs aligned with brand guidelines Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and research Requirements :

Key Requirements :

Experience conducting user research and usability testing Experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Key Qualifications :

6+ years of experience in digital product design Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field Seniority level
