Bartender / Barista

Position : Bartender / Barista – Food & Beverage at Six Flags Qiddiya City.

The Bartender / Barista will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, and other drinks, while providing exceptional guest service. This role involves taking guest orders, preparing beverages to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and organized beverage station. The Bartender / Barista will engage with guests to recommend menu items, handle payments, and create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Requirements

Education : A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience : 0–1 years of experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.

Skills :

• Strong ability to interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in handling transactions, calculating totals, and providing accurate change.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely, ensuring consistent drink quality.
• Strong teamwork and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Quickly addresses guest concerns and operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption during service.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and handling the physical demands of a fast‑paced beverage environment.

Languages : Fluent in Arabic and English.
