Description

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee our finishing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the finishing processes of products to ensure quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of finishing tasks.
Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlines.
Train and mentor finishing staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
Implement and maintain safety standards within the finishing department.
Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of finishing processes and quality control methodologies.

Proficient in using finishing equipment and tools.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
