Job Purpose

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide information about real estate projects, and support the sales team by booking appointments and following up with potential clients.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Customer Service

Answer calls and respond to customer questions in a professional manner.

  • Provide details about available properties, prices, and project locations.
  • Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Sales Support

    • Book appointments for the sales team with interested clients.

  • Follow up with leads to assess interest and update records.
  • Records & Reporting

    • Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

  • Marketing Support

    • Support marketing campaigns by making promotional calls when needed.

  • Operational Accountability

    • Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets.

  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide periodic reports detailing execution of planned tasks.
  • Resolve related problems and escalated complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements and develop effective quality control processes.
  • Coordinate written systems, policies, procedures, and automation opportunities.
  • Comply with policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance of safety, quality, and environmental management procedures.

    • Qualifications

  • Academic Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field.
  • Work Experience : Fresher – 0-2 years.
  • Competencies : Consultative Sales, Sales Planning, Sales Presentations, Sales Promotions, Sales Research, Sales Technical Support, Sales Tools, Sales Trend Analysis, Solution Sales, Competitive Analysis.
