This role is hybrid, focused on building customer relationships and driving value for cloud products. The program begins with a 10‑month learn‑apply curriculum and leads to a full‑time CSM position.

Who You’ll Become
The CSM works directly with customers to guide them through their business journey. Responsibilities include increasing customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, referrals, and upsells, as well as overseeing key milestones throughout the customer lifecycle.
