In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our digital product offerings to provide exceptional experiences for our users. You'll assist in managing projects from inception to launch, ensuring that our digital products meet the highest standards of innovation and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a clear, compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of digital products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, market opportunities, and technological capabilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and in-depth user insights (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) to identify unmet needs, pain points, and emerging trends
- Translate strategic objectives and market insights into actionable product requirements, detailed user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
- Continuously evaluate the product portfolio's performance against strategic goals, making data-driven adjustments to the roadmap as needed
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation, rigorous discovery, meticulous design, agile development, successful launch, to post-launch optimization, iteration, and eventual retirement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX / UI design, marketing, sales, operations, and legal to ensure seamless product delivery, effective go-to-market strategies, and widespread adoption
- Lead the prioritization of product backlogs, manage feature releases, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure digital products
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for digital products, driving continuous improvement based on data analytics, user feedback, and business impact.ion
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in digital product management or a similar capacityProven track record of successfully launching and managing complex digital products from conception to scaleStrong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management frameworksExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levelsBenefits
