Job Purpose

The Compliance Manager will oversee and embed day-to-day operational compliance across the Healthcare subsidiary to ensure alignment with governance frameworks, policies, and audit requirements. The role will focus on establishing effective compliance programs, managing regulatory obligations, and supporting ongoing PDPL / data privacy initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement a Compliance Framework to ensure that compliance programs are effective in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards within the organization.
  • Develop and implement key compliance policies and procedures, including Code of Business Conduct, Business Conduct Policy (anti-corruption), Conflict of Interest Policy, Whistleblower Policy, and other relevant policies to set the tone of ethics and compliance across the organization.
  • Provide training and guidance on the Code of Business Conduct and other major compliance requirements to relevant employees and stakeholders.
  • Oversee internal investigations to assess potential conduct and compliance violations, breaches, or complaints, including conducting investigative interviews, evidence gathering and analysis, and attending investigation status meetings at the appropriate forum.
  • Implement an annual compliance monitoring plan following a risk-based approach to assess the level of compliance with internal standards, contractual requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide senior management with assessments and recommendations on the compliance monitoring program and follow up to ensure implementation of compliance findings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 6–8 years of experience in compliance management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Exposure to PDPL / Data Privacy is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications such as CAMS, CCEP, or equivalent are a plus.
