Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and client-oriented Social Media Account Manager to oversee our clients’ digital presence, build meaningful relationships, and deliver engaging social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytics, ensuring our clients’ objectives are met through innovative strategies and measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with clients’ business goals.
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Supervise content creation (posts, reels, videos, stories, and paid ads).
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and industry practices.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver campaigns on time.
- Handle clients’ inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.3–5 years of proven experience in managing social media accounts.Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.Experience in handling multiple accounts in an agency setting is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits
