Pre Admission Unit Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities :

Manage the daily operations of the PAU Clinic. Ensure all patients are medically cleared for surgery before booking operations. Oversee the booking and scheduling of operations in the Operating Room (OR). Supervise PAU staff and ensure they are providing the highest standard of patient care. Collaborate with medical and paramedical staff to optimize patient care. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in the clinic. Attend and participate in administrative meetings as required. Provide personalized coordinated care, support and treatment for patients and families. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education : Bachelor\'s Degree in Anaesthesia & Resuscitation Registration in country of origin. License from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties MOH License to work in KSA Preferred : Master\'s degree in administration PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Six years experience in clinical Anesthesia & Resuscitation. Three years supervisory position. SPECIALIZED SKILLS

Good command of English and Arabic is preferred. Computer skills preferred. Time management skills. Great communication and people skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Team working skills.
