Site Sales Engineer - Riyadh
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our Western Region (Saudi & Bahrain) sales team. As Sales engineer, you will sell, promote, and demonstrate the Isolation valves & Actuation portfolio.
This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Your job will offer outstanding perspectives and insights into how customers view their business and align their insights and priorities, while tying those insights back to Emerson outstanding product differentiators. You will drive two-way communications and clearly articulate our value proposition and engage the end customer in jointly addressing their business priorities. Our primary sales focus for this job is Maaden customers in North & west of Saudi Arabia, and you will additionally handle any other customers allocated to you in the region.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Meet or Exceed Annual business goals and targets for Maaden North & West.
- Establish and develop high level positive relationships with key leaders and at all levels within the Product and Account Portfolio named.
- Leverage existing and developing new collaborations with key executive decision-makers to successfully position ISV & ACT products as No Equal or the preferred supplier of Technology, Products, Services and Solutions
- Maintain sales excellence through regular review with sales team and 100% update of project opportunity list in the sales tools like CRM, Booking data base.
- Meet or exceed North & West region for Maaden financial objectives (budget, POR, etc) as required in support of the Isolation business plan and report the POR and updates on weekly basis to Regional Sales Manager.
- Develop and implement plans to drive and grow ISV business and maximize revenue and profit from the existing installed base.
- develop plans to drive competitive displacement and focus on money applications in Mining different applications.
- Drive KOB2 / 3 opportunities throughout the accounts covered by acting as "trusted advisor" to customers by offering solutions to customer problems.
- Develop, Update and lead the execution of a multi-faceted comprehensive account and site plans covering all isolation valve SBUs.
- To develop detailed account planning for different sites of Maaden
- Frequently travelling to Northen & Western area Maaden sites and have a weekly plan for the site visit to generate leads and increase the demand generation.
- Prepare and present growth plans, forecasts, pricing surveys, and competitor intelligence.
- Work closely with other Emerson Divisions and improve pull-through content
- Ensure Business Unit plans and key initiatives are consistent with account plans and are implemented in timely professional manner.
- Establish and update long term agreements for services, turnaround and parts in Maaden.
- Ensure Emerson Ethics and trade compliance procedures are closely followed with all business transactions.
- Develop and handle KPI on quotes to drive business with efficiency
- Follow up and support closing of both entity as well as destination orders

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or closely related fieldMinimum 5-7 years in valve experience and Sales experience.Sales record.Background in proactive sellingProficient in English Language-Written and spoken,Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :
