Join us as a Senior Solution Engineer on our highly successful and geographically dispersed Presales team. We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to work closely with our sales team and enterprise customers to determine how we can best serve their unique needs through creating awareness of our solutions. This is a highly visible role working with some of our most successful sales teams, supporting prestigious enterprise clients and new logo accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance throughout a world-class sales cycle to drive opportunities.
• Delivers and customizes technical presentations on BMC Helix Solutions.
• Explains the value to customers, with associated use cases, required capabilities, and differentiation.
• Actively participates in sales calls to help manage technical requirements and simplify needs.
• Identifies and develops innovative solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities with complex customer needs.
• Writes Proof of Value success criteria for a client's solution validation. Stands up the appropriate environment (OnPrem or SaaS) and manages the process to ensure success, communicating progress to the customer and to the sales account management team.
• Provides demonstrations and presentations for BMC Helix webinars and tradeshows / marketing events.
• Reviews RFP requirements from customers with sales and clients to establish the right solution and be consultative on whether to bid.
• Be a customer advocate and drive conversations with partners and customers.
• Be passionate about BMC Helix Solutions and value selling.
