We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Writer / Editor to join the Communications Division.

The Communications Division oversees the planning and execution of marketing and communications activities aimed at promoting Ithra’s components, content, and offerings. The division is responsible for the Center’s branding, positioning, and sales strategies. Key tasks include setting and reporting on communication KPIs for internal and external initiatives, and coordinating Ithra’s communication collateral, timelines, deliverables, and engagements, while liaising with other divisions to ensure integrated coordination of activities, programs, and initiatives. The role also involves acting as and preparing spokespersons for external engagements related to the Center.

Your responsibilities will include creating and refining high-quality content that engages our audience and aligns with our brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, editing, and refinement of high-quality content across various formats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies.
• Oversee the quality of all content, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the company’s style guide.
• Mentor and guide junior writers and editors.
• Conduct in-depth research to support content development.
• Optimize content for search engines and analyze performance metrics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Serve as a key point of contact for content-related inquiries.
