  • The Director of Community Management will be responsible forshaping and delivering the operational and compliance framework across a major government backed master developers residential portfolio in KSA.

    Key responsibilities

    • Responsible for setting up Master Community operational and compliance framework
    • Keeps in constant contact with local authorities to ensure full compliance on legal matters relating to the master community.
    • Manages Master Community by implementing bylaws from the Master Community Charter
    • Understanding of service charges components / breakdown and IT systems to deliver service charge invoices and receive payments.
    • Represents the Master Community on Gated Communities Annual General Meetings and proposes any capex spending on upgrading gated communities
    • Drafts Master Community operational quality standards and communicates them to residential and any other precinct or district communities
    • Monitors city services standards and ensures compliance with city rules and regulations as per the Master Community Charter.
    • Approves third-party property management companies engaged by all communities in the city
    • Provides guidance, training, and mentorship to the team to deliver high-quality work
    • Evaluates vendors’ performance, identifies and recommends improvements, and develops implementation plans for any improvements as authorized by the MCC, aligned with strategic goals and community standards
    • Manages all assigned functions within the fiscal constraints established by and within the Master Community division operating budget, providing direction on long-term improvements
    • Manages conflict resolutions and develops escalation procedures.
    • Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and standards on a local, regional, and national level, as well as adherence to corporate policies
    • Coordinates assigned projects and activities with pertinent external groups, such as regulatory agencies, stakeholders, utility providers, customers, and others as necessary
    • Develops and leads service provision training programs relative to the various assigned functions within MDO. The training may be delivered to MC staff, partners, and / or external operators, stakeholders, and vendors
    • Qualifications & Experience

    • BSc degree
    • 15 - 18 years of related work experience required
    • Knowledge of Master Community Charters
    • Experience with Owners Associations
    • Strong understanding of Legal Compliance
