We are looking for a
Fleet & Office Services Manager
to manage company fleet, assets and office services across all locations. You’ll handle purchasing, deliveries, supplier coordination, and ensure smooth office operations. The role also includes implementing procedures, supporting sourcing, and preparing reports. Responsibilities
Overall maintenance of all facilities with a focus on staff accommodation. Ensuring facilities comply with the facilities policy and all applicable laws, regulations and standards. Forecasting any additional equipment requirements. Coordinating with the KONE finance team to ensure all bills related to the facility (lease, utilities, etc.) are paid in a timely manner. Informing employees living in a facility about the rules and safety precautions. Managing the Accommodation Officers. Overseeing the full lifecycle of the company car fleet (allocation, maintenance, usage, tracking, insurance, compliance) and coordinating vendors to ensure operational efficiency and cost control. Invoice reconciliation and cost booking / allocation each month. Optimizing facilities (offices, warehouses, accommodation) and timely renewal of leases. Office supplies, equipment and inventory management within the facilities budget. Liaising with functional or operational managers to ensure that office administration guidelines, procedures, tools and systems meet business needs. Selecting and managing ongoing relationships with external suppliers (e.g., cleaning or maintenance contractors or equipment vendors) to ensure satisfactory service standards. Managing travel arrangements and bookings within the unit. Raise purchase requisitions (PRs) and monitor goods receipts (GR). Qualifications
Bachelor degree in business administration. Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent Arabic and English language skills. Strong communication skills. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to take initiative. IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP or any ERP). What we offer
