COMMIS CHEFS

to join the opening team of one of the world’s most exclusive ultra-luxury resorts, located on the untouched coastline of the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity to work in a remote, high-end culinary environment that blends Mediterranean cuisine with global hospitality excellence.

Ideal candidates will bring charisma, precision, and a positive attitude to a multicultural kitchen team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Experience & Qualifications

Certificate / diploma in culinary arts

Minimum 1 year as Commis in a luxury Mediterranean restaurant

Strong English communication skills

Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor

Energetic, team-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities

Support senior chefs in daily mise en place and service

Uphold hygiene and presentation standards in all kitchen areas

Assist in the preparation of Mediterranean-inspired dishes

Contribute to a dynamic, multicultural culinary brigade
