Support our customers through phone, chat, and email in both English and Arabic. Answer questions, solve problems, and make sure customers have a good experience Follow clear guidelines and use tools to help customers quickly and correctly

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements

You speak and write clearly in both Arabic and English (B2 level or above in English) You’re comfortable with 24 / 7 rotational shifts and can work from the office
