Job Description : Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Stakeholder Manager (Saudi National) to join our team. In this role you will manage a small team of Stakeholder Engineers and coordinate with the Program team to ensure smooth approvals and effective coordination with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- The Stakeholder Manager is part of the PMO team and will provide all necessary assistance concerning all stakeholder related works under the guidance of the client Team Leader. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating, managing and liaising with all stakeholders, authorities, consultants and contractors, arranging meetings and workshops, preparing presentations and minutes of meetings, reviewing all related documents submission to authorities, following up with ongoing submissions and providing feedback to the team for actions required, and documenting and keeping track of all incoming and outgoing submissions and correspondences.
 - Administration of the handover process of the Utilities and Infrastructure Contracts with the relevant authorities and stakeholders, including documentation, meetings, inspections, coordination and approvals.
 - Preparation of reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific handover and stakeholder issues as required by the client.
 - Provide support to the Program team as a client representative to oversee the handover process of the contracts.
 - Attend weekly / monthly meetings as necessary for all types of projects, keep track and record all required actions from all stakeholders and follow up on progress as required.
 - Liaise with key stakeholders and authorities to ensure a smooth handover of assets on completion of works.
 - Provide handover and stakeholder input to weekly / monthly reports.
 - Inform the Team Leader of any potential delays in the project completion or milestones.
 - Provide support for the PMP and PQP plans applicable to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of information and that related systems and processes are integrated.
 - Facilitate structured communication between workstreams, client RCRC departments and external stakeholders.
 - Define each stakeholder group needs and use this understanding to develop relevant communication and engagement initiatives.
 - Coordinate workshops, coordination meetings (online, face-to-face), working groups and committee meetings with all meetings recorded (minutes of meetings).
 - Manage and help organize focus groups of companies, businesses, airline operators and governmental departments.
 - Develop the RACI Matrix for all stakeholders – internal & external.
 - Provide senior management with support to guide and enhance stakeholder understanding for new processes and technologies for the program.
 
Required Skills
12 years minimum of experience5-7 years fully focused on Stakeholder ManagementBachelors in Engineering or similarPrior senior stakeholder engagement on large-scale programs with multiple internal & external stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholdersExperience of managing others & taking the lead on a major programProven experience working to tight deadlines within a changing environmentHigh attention to detail and eye for excellenceStrong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written including presentation competencyExcellent judgment, assertiveness and diplomatic skillsDemonstrated ability in managing conflict in high-pressure situationsFluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in technical report writing as well as oral and written communication skillsAbility to work without excessive supervisionProfessional level in using MS Office SuiteDesired Skills
