Title : Credit Risk Assistant Manager Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia About the Client Our client, a leading bank in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Credit Risk Assistant Manager to join their team. Responsibilities
Assess and structure credit proposals for private banking, HNW, and corporate clients, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategy, sector analysis, and risk appetite. Approve or recommend credit facilities within delegated authority, including those secured by real estate or shares, and escalate larger exposures to higher management in line with policy and regulatory requirements. Monitor and manage private banking and corporate credit portfolios, identify early warning signals, recommend downgrades or corrective actions, and address overdue or irregular accounts. Engage with private banking and corporate clients through meetings and site visits, and coordinate with business managers, auditors, and regulators on credit-related matters. Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, audit recommendations, and Central Bank regulations while supporting special projects and risk initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related field; Master’s or professional certification (CFA / CA / CPA) desirable. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in banking with strong exposure to corporate or credit portfolio management. Strong credit analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring skills. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and banking policies. Effective communicator with analytical and decision-making capabilities.
