Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (60%)
Design, localize, and execute training programs for front-line, mid-level, and leadership teams. Collaborate with country teams to assess learning needs and ensure alignment with regional capability-building goals. Deliver engaging virtual and in-person sessions, ensuring high NPS from trainees. Track and report learning impact using metrics and feedback tools. Support onboarding, performance enablement, and leadership development programs. Project & Program Management (40%)
Assist in planning, execution, and tracking of regional PMO-led initiatives. Manage timelines, milestones, and communications for multi-country projects. Create SOPs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for project health. Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project momentum. Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
4+ years in Learning & Development programs with experience designing and delivering training 2+ years of Project or Program Management experience Bilingual : Fluent in English and either Sinhala / Tamil (Sri Lanka) or Nepali (Nepal) Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with regional markets (Sri Lanka or Nepal) Certifications like PMP, Six Sigma (Yellow / Green Belt), or Instructional Design Experience working in a matrixed organization or cross-border projects
